Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to oversee safe pharmacy operations, review prescriptions, and provide patient counseling across BioMatrix locations. The role emphasizes collaborative care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in a fast-paced specialty setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a PharmD or BS, possess an active license, and have experience with specialty therapies, payer contracts, and supervising pharmacists and technicians.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required in posting state.
• Experience with specialty therapies and patient care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience supervising pharmacy staff and technicians.
• Knowledge of payer contracts for specialty therapies.
• Certification in Good Clinical Practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
• Counsel patients on specialty medications.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and verify their activities.
• Coordinate with Intake and Referral Services for referrals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain records and participate in on-call rotations.

Education

BS or Doctorate of Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
