Job summary

LUX Infusion, a clinician-led infusion care provider in the United States, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for onsite Overland Park, Kansas. You will guide medication management for complex therapies, support clinical decision-making, and review every prescription with precision and care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from ACPE-accredited school or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licenses in listed states.
• Strong understanding of specialty medications and pharmacy operations.
• Experience delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient records and regimens to support safe therapy management.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling on specialty medications and treatment plans.
• Monitor therapies and recommend clinical interventions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy technician activities and maintain documentation.
