LUX Infusion, a clinician-led U.S.-based infusion care company, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support safe, effective specialty therapies and patient-focused care. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and compassionate care across care teams.

You will review prescriptions, educate patients, and participate in on-call rotations and coverage aligned to the clinic schedule in Las Vegas.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted Nevada pharmacist license
• Active, unrestricted California pharmacist license
• Active, unrestricted Texas pharmacist license

Responsabilidades

• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Evaluate patient records and medication regimens for safe, effective specialty therapy management
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling and education on specialty medications and treatment plans
• Monitor drug therapies and identify potential issues, recommending clinical interventions when appropriate
• Collaborate with Intake, Referral Services, Reimbursement, Managed Markets, Nursing, Clinical Services, and Pharmacy Operations
