Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist at Edward Hospital in Naperville. This part-time role is 20 hours per week with flexible day/evening shifts and rotating weekends and holidays.

The position focuses on coordinating clinical pharmacy services, developing workflows, and ensuring safe, cost-effective drug therapies to optimize patient outcomes. Applicants will contribute to staff education, supervise pharmacy support personnel, and adhere to established policies and regulatory

Hourly Pay Range:

$58.00 - $89.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville

• Part Time: 20 hours/week

• Hours: Flexible Mon-Fri, Day & Evening shifts with rotating weekends & Holidays (7:00am - 3:30pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, 3:00pm- 11:30pm)

What you will do:

Responsible for assistance in the coordination of clinical pharmacy services to ensure optimal clinical pharmacy services on a daily basis. Assists in the development of new pharmacy services and clinical workflows. Facilitates staff education and development to ensure competency. Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel to ensure clinical programs are maintained. Follows established policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements in executing job responsibilities. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies.
