Job summary

You will conduct outbound calls, perform comprehensive med reviews, provide consultations on statins, and document in a web-based app. Requires Florida license, 4+ years MTM, English proficiency, and flexibility for full- and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Pharmacist License in Florida.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical MTM experience.
• Strong pharmacological vocabulary.
• Proven experience in medication review.
• Knowledge of KPIs for adherence and safety.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Comfort with web-based applications.
• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to patients for MTM services.
• Perform comprehensive medication reviews.
• Deliver in-depth consultations on statin use.
• Transcribe prescriptions and diagnosis info into web app.
• Collaborate with product team on MTM services.
