Job summary

ASK Consulting seeks an experienced Clinical MTM Pharmacist for a 12-month contract, fully remote in the United States. The role focuses on MTM services, CMRs, and patient consultations, with outbound calls and accurate documentation in a web-based system.

Flexible scheduling with part-time options may be considered. The candidate must hold an active Florida Pharmacist License and have at least 4 years of MTM experience, including familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of MTM pharmacist experience.
• Experience with medication reviews and terminology.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part D Star measures: SUPD, SPC, CMR.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong computer skills with web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ~100 outbound calls daily to patients.
• Perform Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and MTM services.
• Provide statin guidance in line with AHA guidelines.
• Enter patient details, diagnoses and recommendations into a web-based system.
• Keep accurate, confidential patient records and document timely.
• Participate in training to enhance clinical and technical skills.
