Job summary

ASK Consulting seeks an experienced Clinical MTM Pharmacist for a 12-month contract, fully remote in the United States. The role focuses on MTM services, CMRs, and patient consultations, with outbound calls and accurate documentation in a web-based system.

Flexible scheduling with part-time options may be considered. The candidate must hold an active Florida Pharmacist License and have at least 4 years of MTM experience, including familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures.

Qualifications

Job Title: Clinical MTM Pharmacist

Job Type: Contract - 12 months

Work Location: Remote

Schedule: Flexible scheduling; hours based on business needs. Part-time candidates will also be considered.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical MTM Pharmacist to provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, including Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and patient consultations regarding statin medication use in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. The pharmacist will conduct outbound calls, review patient medication information, and accurately document prescriptions, diagnoses, and clinical recommendations in a web-based application.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per day to patients.
2. Perform Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and provide Medication Therapy Management services.
3. Provide consultations regarding statin medication use in accordance with AHA guidelines.
4. Review and accurately enter patient-specific prescription details, diagnoses, and clinical recommendations into a web-based application.
5. Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and ensure timely documentation.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance clinical and technical skills.

Required Qualifications

1. Valid and active Florida Pharmacist License.
2. At least 4 years of clinical Medication Therapy Management (MTM) pharmacist experience.
3. Experience with medication reviews and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology.
4. Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures, specifically SUPD, SPC, and CMR.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with web-based applications.
7. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous management experience.
2. Experience using Salesforce.
