• Monitors therapy for significant drug interactions and intervenes as needed.
• Evaluates therapy to ensure appropriate outcomes and communicates issues to prescribers.
• Acts as consultant on pharmacokinetics and adverse reactions; participates in drug monitoring programs.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
