AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company focused on complex chronic care. The Pharmacist role emphasizes pharmacotherapy outcomes, medication management, and compliant dispensing using proprietary systems.

The position requires 2+ years in pharmacy distribution/packaging with geriatrics exposure; clinical pharmacogenomics interest is preferred. Full-time, salary commensurate with experience, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from ACPE-accredited pharmacy program or foreign equivalent.
• Current, active license/registration in good standing with the state board of pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, with geriatrics or chronic care exposure.
• Experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics is preferred.
• Eligible to work in this country.

Responsabilités

• Serve as point of contact for patient, family, and healthcare providers to resolve MRPs and medication questions.
• Explain care plan options, uses, side effects, and contraindications of medications dispensed.
• Ensure documentation in proprietary software for care decisions and billing.
• Oversee technicians in medication reconciliation, order entry, inventory, and labeling.
• Review and approve prescription orders ensuring correct drug, dosage, directions, quantity and dispensing.
