Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Active NJ license or eligibility; state board registration.

• Serve as point of contact for patients, families, and providers to address medication-related issues.
• Explain care plan options, drug use, side effects, and contraindications.
• Oversee technicians, ensure accurate medication reconciliation and compliance.
• Ensure proper billing, documentation, and secure medication handling.
