Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• At least one year of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
• Evaluate dosing, drug interactions, and potential adverse effects.
