Omnicare, now operating as an independent organization after CVS Health’s sale, seeks a licensed pharmacist for a full-time, 40-hour workweek in the Macon, GA area. Travel may occur to facilities to perform reviews and consultations.

Qualificações

• Resident in Macon, Georgia or surrounding area.
• Active Georgia pharmacy license in good standing.
• Immunization certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations.
• Complete clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulation.
• Own issue resolution and communicate early warning signs of potential issues.
• Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and services.
• Conduct Executive Reviews and other customer meetings as required.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations and appropriate corporate functions to meet overall site goals.
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and provide written reports to facility staff.

Long-term care experience

B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
