Job summary

Qualifications
- PharmD required and active pharmacist license.
- At least 1 year of related pharmacist experience.
- Preferred 3–10 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of USP 797/800 standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications by interpreting provider orders.
- Compound, package, and label pharmaceuticals per USP standards.
- Monitor patient therapies and suggest interventions when appropriate.
- Provide pharmacological guidance to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Oversee pharmacy workflow, including technician preparation and labeling.
- Verify order entry, charges, inspections, and final product accuracy.
- Train and mentor pharmacy staff.
