Pharmacist – Compounding & Clinical Operations

We’re looking for a detail-driven, patient-focused Pharmacist who is passionate about compounding, clinical excellence, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll be at the center of patient care—translating physician orders into safe, effective therapies while working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
  • Prepare and dispense medications by interpreting provider orders and ensuring therapeutic accuracy and safety
  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceuticals in compliance with USP standards
  • Monitor patient drug therapies and proactively recommend interventions when appropriate
  • Provide clear, confident pharmacological guidance to healthcare professionals and patients
  • Organize and oversee pharmacy workflow, including technician preparation and labeling
  • Verify order entry, charges, inspections, and final product accuracy
  • Support and develop pharmacy staff through training, mentorship, and clinical education
Ensure Compliance & Quality
  • Maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations (Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA)
  • Manage controlled substances, including documentation, inventory control, and auditing
  • Stay current on new and evolving legislation and advise leadership on regulatory impact
  • Uphold infection-control protocols and maintain a safe, clean pharmacy environment
Advance Professional Excellence
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of USP 797/800 requirements and best practices
  • Participate in continuing education, professional organizations, and clinical programs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team-wide success

Education & Experience
Required
  • PharmD
  • 1 year of related pharmacist experience

  • 3–10 years of related experience
