Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Experience with specialty medications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate preparation of medications with patient detail.
• Verify medications before dispensing and maintain quality standards.
• Package and label medications for safe delivery to patients.
• Provide counseling and information to patients and caregivers.
• Document order entry in the pharmacy system for efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinicians and ensure patient enrollments and follow-ups.
