PCCA is seeking a Clinical Compounding Pharmacist to liaise with members, provide training, and deliver expert consultations. You will address extemporaneous compounding topics, including pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, and USP/FDA compliance, while supporting education programs.

Ideal candidates bring a Pharm.D or B.S. in Pharmacy with 5+ years of compounding experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Five years of compounding experience in a pharmacy practice setting.
• Board Certification in Sterile Compounding (BCSCP) preferred, or 5+ years of significant clinical compounding experience with USP <797>/<800> compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Answer PCCA Member's scientific questions via telephone or email promptly and professionally.
• Educate pharmacists and technicians in CORE and other seminars as required.
• Serve as an ambassador for PCCA and the pharmacy profession.
• Interact with customers, practitioners, colleagues, vendors and regulators.
• Provide consultative services on extemporaneous compounding, including pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, toxicology and USP compliance.
• Assist in education through lectures at training events and seminars.
• Assist with special projects as required.
