Chesapeake Urology is seeking a Clinical Patient Support Representative to join our team. This role blends Medical Assistant and Front Desk duties to support clinical offices efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in front office and clinical settings, strong medical terminology knowledge, and proficient use of EHR/PM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance and delivering excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years front office and clinical experience, preferably in Urology.
• Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology; ICD-10 and CPT-4 Codes.

Responsibilities

• Medical Assistant | Clinical Support: assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Front Desk Reception | Administrative: greet patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, collect payments.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.
