Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Indiana is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical staff, oversee supervision, and ensure documentation complies with CARF and state requirements. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards and coordinating with leaders to optimize patient care.

The successful candidate will hold an Indiana counseling credential, possess a division-approved credential, and have at least 3 years of addiction treatment experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an Indiana Counseling Certificate or License.
• Licensure/certification within the state of employment: Social work, Marriage and family therapy, Mental Health counseling.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing addiction treatment.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership for clinical teammates.
• Ensure all clinical documentation complies with CARF and state/federal regulations.
• Develop training programs and oversee continuous professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in treatment services.
• Coordinate with leadership and participate in program and administrative decisions.
