Centerstone is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to provide high-quality psychotherapy and oversight for a diverse client population. You will supervise bachelor’s and Master’s level clinicians, ensure adherence to best practices, and monitor performance and budgets to support service delivery.

The role emphasizes integration of care, staff development, and collaboration with community resources to improve client outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work is required.
• LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A are required with active pursuit of a 4-letter license.
• Experience supervising staff and managing clinical teams is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct client care using evidence-based practices.
• Supervise a team of bachelor’s level and Master’s level staff.
• Monitor productivity and budget requirements.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff in Centerstone policies.
