Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a leader to supervise clinical staff, oversee intake, assessments, and linkage to resources, and ensure high-quality, recovery-focused services. You will provide counseling and supervision, collaborating across teams to maintain regulatory compliance and service excellence.

This role also emphasizes staff development, intake accuracy, and engagement with internal and external partners to support client outcomes.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Human Services required.
• Two years minimum working with clients receiving substance use services.
• Clinical license (LCPC/LCSW) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling services using evidence-based methods for individuals, groups, and families.
• Supervise clinicians and interns; ensure regulatory compliance and program quality.
• Coordinate intake, assessments, and linkage to internal/external resources.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure trauma-informed, recovery-focused services.
• Train staff on services and regulatory requirements; monitor clinical performance.
