Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Indiana to lead the clinical team and ensure program compliance. You will supervise and educate staff, oversee documentation, and ensure alignment with state and federal regulations and Pinnacle policies.

Qualifications

• Indiana Counseling Certificate or License required.
• Division approved credential under subsection (f)(3).
• Minimum of 3 years of addiction treatment experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, education, and training to the team.
• Ensure clinical documentation complies with state and federal regulations and Pinnacle policies.
• Maintain compliance with CARF and other governing body policies.
• Develop training to address identified clinical needs and supervise staff.
• Maintain caseload for census purposes when needed.
• Coordinate with leadership and communicate updates on administrative decisions.
