Job summary

ADHEREHEALTH SOLUTIONS LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a PRN Clinical Assistant to support preventive care, medication optimization, and population health initiatives through member outreach, documentation retrieval, appointment coordination, and follow-up activities.

You will perform outbound calls to members and providers, assist with scheduling imaging and preventive tests, coordinate with imaging centers, and escalate complex questions to licensed staff per protocol.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPht) or Pharmacy Intern in good standing with an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical back-office exposure and experience communicating with provider offices preferred.
• Experience with medication adherence, MTM, prior authorizations, refill coordination, or quality initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound member outreach and care coordination.
• Assist with scheduling bone density scans and preventive appointments.
• Provide appointment reminders and follow-ups; coordinate with imaging centers for results.
• Document barriers to care and escalate clinical questions to licensed staff.
• Coordinate with provider offices and pharmacies on medication-related interventions.
• Document outreach attempts and track appointment status in systems.
