Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 2 years of scheduling application experience.
• Strong customer service capabilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• Analytical data gathering and organization skills.
• Effective communication across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians.
• Construct clinician schedules that meet member-access criteria and standards.
• Create and build schedules for clinicians across multiple ambulatory departments.
• Analyze and utilize standardized models to develop schedules that meet access needs.
• Track and report schedule changes impacting appointment supply.
• Manage data practices, databases, and related information systems.
• Coordinate ambulatory schedules with clinic policies and ETO.
