Job summary

Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Georgia seeks a Business Consultant, Patient Access to join the Access and Care Experience team. You will provide business analysis, project management, metrics planning, and support for new initiatives and ongoing monitoring of designated departments.

Collaborate with CASE team and leaders to develop business cases, implement projects, and improve patient access.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Project Management Certification is desired.
Demonstrated success in project management and analytical skills.
Ability to establish positive relationships with senior leadership and management.

Responsibilities

Provide project management and support under the direction of the Senior Director, Access & Care Experience.
Assist with work approaches, work plans, analysis plans, communications and implementation plans.
Research with physician leaders and provide project management support for service initiatives.
Develop business cases for new projects and present them per KPGA process.
Support departments, monitor annual performance and target-setting with senior leadership.
