Job summary

InterMed in South Portland, ME is seeking a Clinical Manager of Dermatology, MOHs and ENT to oversee clinical operations and lead quality improvement initiatives. You will mentor clinical teams, manage patient care workflows, and work with Department Chiefs and senior leadership to drive excellence in service and outcomes.

Required are a nursing background with at least 5 years of clinical leadership, plus LEAN Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required with strong clinical background.
• 5+ years nursing experience including leadership roles.
• LEAN/Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations across dermatology, MOHs, and ENT practices.
• Lead quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
• Mentor clinical teams and ensure competency programs.
• Coordinate with department chiefs and senior leadership.
• Monitor department budgets and staffing efficiency.
