Derm Collective North Shore is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our dermatology practice. You will be a primary resource for Medical Assistants, ensuring efficient patient flow and compliance with regulations.

This full-time role requires minimum 5 years of dermatology experience and strong leadership skills. The position offers flexibility in work hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dermatology experience required.
• Prior experience as a Lead MA, Clinical Lead, trainer, or senior‑level Medical Assistant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the clinical department.
• Optimize patient flow, room readiness, and clinical workflows.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Clinical Assistants.
