Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Clinical Operations Data Analyst to transform clinical, operational, and financial information into reports and dashboards that drive patient access, clinical quality, provider productivity, efficiency, and financial outcomes.

In a hybrid role based in Phoenix, you will partner with clinical, operational, quality, finance, and IT teams to present findings to technical and nontechnical audiences and ensure HIPAA and policy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, data analytics, health informatics, business, or statistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-validation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively with electronic health record or practice management data.
• Proficiency with Power BI or a similar reporting platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, schedule, and maintain Epic reports, dashboards, extracts, and analytical content using Cogito tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Clarity, Caboodle).
• Combine Epic data with other approved organizational data sources to support reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for encounter volume, patient access, scheduling, cancellations, no-shows, productivity, quality, and financial performance.
• Analyze performance by clinic, service line, provider, payer, patient population, and appointment type.
• Monitor results against budgets, productivity expectations, quality goals, and benchmarks.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, including provider capacity and staffing.
