Job summary

Sixteenth Street Community Health Center, Inc. seeks a Data Report Analyst to optimize analytic tools and develop reports from multiple sources to support internal and external reporting needs.

You will test and validate reports for accuracy, act as the primary resource for operational reporting from the Epic system, and collaborate with Epic Support to ensure data quality and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with hosted EPIC or a top EMR solution.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience; 4+ preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and statistical techniques.
• Strong Excel, data visualization, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, implement, and maintain reports from multiple sources using SQL and Crystal Reports to support organizational and external reporting.
• Optimize Epic reporting tools like Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer, and Radar dashboards and promote adoption.
• Test and validate key reports for accuracy before publishing, including during EMR upgrades.
• Analyze data and reports for accuracy and appropriate data source usage.
• Use visualization tools to present data for data-driven decision making and improvement.
• Coordinate external reporting of data at local, state, and national levels with timely submittals.
• Provide data and analysis for organizational quality initiatives.
• Serve as primary resource for data requests and support Epic reporting tools issues.
• Act as a consultant on report writing and analytics for operational areas.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting Analysts as needed.
• Work with Epic Support and organizational teams to enable workflow changes for accurate reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
