The role focuses on resolving pre and post‑care issues and performing general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing patient flow, and ensuring records are complete and accurate.

You will work closely with staff to triage inquiries, schedule and coordinate patient care, and maintain strict confidentiality in line with university

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Data entry with minimal errors.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades
