Job summary

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for all residential participants and health protocols.
• Oversee admissions, transfers, discharges, and transition planning.
• Coordinate PCP and Behavior Support Plan processes with staff.
• Oversee medication administration and clinical safety audits.
• Ensure clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
