Job summary

Millennium Residential Inc (MRI) seeks a Residential Manager in Towson, MD to oversee a residential unit and a team of caregivers, ensuring safety and quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities.

You will lead by example in areas such as first aid, HIPAA, and daily living activities, manage calendars, arrange transportation, and maintain a clean, respectful living environment while upholding residents' rights.

Qualifications

• Must be able to oversee a residential unit and provide direct care.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and residents’ rights.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the unit and DSPs.
• Handle call outs and schedule management.
• Provide direct care and support to residents with developmental disabilities.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents at all times.
• Assist with daily living activities and medication administration.
• Implement behavior management strategies and promote positive behaviors.
