Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or other human service field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Mental health experience: 4–5 years.
• Management/supervisory experience: 3 years minimum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality management of clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise multiple field staff and provide directs supervision.
• Support staff development, performance improvement, and CQI processes.
• Assist in hiring and supervising site staff and ensure documentation standards.
