Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking an experienced health services manager to lead daily clinical and administrative operations, including HR, finance, and program oversight.

The role requires licensure in social work, a master's degree, and at least one year in a management position. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure licensure compliance, and drive program development while delivering patient-centered care to adults and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work, active state license required.
• Minimum 1 year in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage site operations daily including clinical and administrative tasks.
• Provide HR management and fiscal oversight.
• Oversee utilization review and quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Ensure documentation compliance requirements are met consistently.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for clinical program development.
• Review level of care assessments with assessment coordinators.
• Provide assessment, direct care and treatment of patients as needed.
• Assess the clinical training needs of the staff.
• Serve Adults and Adolescents with appropriate developmental considerations.
