Metrocare Services in Dallas seeks an Manager Clinical Assistant to supervise direct care staff, ensure caseload efficiency and maintain high-quality mental health services. The role collaborates with the Clinical Manager to meet program goals and regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes CQI, staff development, and adherence to state and federal guidelines, with a focus on ethical, client-centered care and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related human services field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Mental health experience: 4–5 years.
• Management/supervisory experience: at least 3 years.
• Current Texas Driver License; driving required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct reports to ensure quality care and process implementation.
• Assign caseloads and monitor timely completion.
• Participate in hiring and staff supervision.
• Oversee CQI processes and regulatory compliance (CARF/CCBHC/Texas Admin. Code).
• Lead program development and growth with Clinical Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical practice.
