Job summary

Owen Health Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead agency-wide operations, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and drive strategic growth while ensuring high-quality, compliant services.

You will coordinate staffing, training, and program development, enforce policies, monitor regulatory adherence, and report on performance to leadership. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field and has healthcare management experience with a track record of building

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active clinical licensure preferred.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare management experience.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise daily operations of all service lines.
• Provide leadership to management staff, supervisors, and program leaders.
• Recruit, hire, and develop qualified personnel to maintain staffing levels.
• Set and evaluate operational goals to support growth and service excellence.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and continuously improved.
• Monitor compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and agency requirements.
• Oversee client documentation and ensure DMHAS and agency standards compliance.
• Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, case management, and counseling as needed.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
• Manage staff development programs and mandatory trainings.
• Develop marketing and growth strategies to expand services and impact.
• Support funding development, contracts, grants, and affiliations.
• Participate in community outreach events and health fairs.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and program evaluations.
