Job summary
Hutchinson Consulting seeks a Clinical Operations Manager in El Segundo, CA. This on-site leadership role blends nursing oversight with hands-on operations to optimize day-to-day clinical and administrative functions.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, refine workflows, and drive a superior patient experience while partnering with physician and senior leadership to shape growth and service expansion.
Qualifications
- This role requires current California RN or NP license in good standing.
- 10+ years of healthcare operations or practice management experience.
- Strong nursing leadership and multidisciplinary team experience.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations.
- Experience with concierge or integrative health settings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical, administrative, and patient-facing teams.
- Build and refine workflows, SOPs, and operational systems.
- Oversee patient flow, scheduling, credentialing, safety, and compliance.
- Create a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Track KPIs and identify efficiency improvements.
- Support budgeting, expense management, and business performance.
- Evaluate new clinical services and offerings.
- Manage vendors, equipment, inventory, and facilities.
