Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking a Practice Manager to supervise outpatient clinic operations, financial reporting, and staff management. You will coordinate between physicians and office staff, develop growth plans, and monitor billing and patient flow to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and healthcare finance knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience are required, with Master’s preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field.
• At least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
