Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Valid NYS RN license and registration.
• 4-6 years clinical experience with administrative and management responsibilities.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and clinical support staff across multiple clinics.
• Develop systems for efficient flow of procedure clinics and triage workflows.
• Monitor and improve documentation to meet MMC, HMOs and regulatory standards.
• Oversee medication administration and safety audits.
• Lead patient education initiatives and outreach programs.
• Provide administrative coverage in physicians’ absence.
