Responsibilities

• Liaise between practice physicians and staff.
• Develop growth strategies and business plans with leadership.
• Support financial, budget and business goals.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet practice demands.
• Monitor the billing and collections functions.
• Oversee daily operations of the practice (services, policies, staff, patient flow).
• Manage staff relations, performance and conflict management.
• Hire, train and monitor administrative staff.
• Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Support marketing strategies and ROI reporting for the practice.
