Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Clinical Operations Leader in the Chicago area to oversee the clinical field team and drive high standards of patient care. You will develop policies, monitor care quality, and lead recruitment and training efforts for the Sprinter clinical team.

Qualifications

5+ years of Registered Nurse experience.
Experience in a healthcare startup or virtual management preferred.
Direct report management experience.
Proficient at working with modern technology.
Able to do extensive travel of up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the clinical field team.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
Monitor patient care quality.
Recruit, train, and manage the clinical Sprinter team.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
