Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Liaison to scale our field operations and clinical teams. You’ll coordinate workforce tracking, payroll compliance follow-up, documentation review, and reporting so clinical leadership can focus on patient care and oversight.

This is a temporary, full-time role reporting to the Director of Quality & Training. You will improve workflows, maintain trackers and dashboards, and support audits and SOPs while working remotely on CST hours in a rapidly

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, coordination, or admin support.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with EHR systems and Google Workspace.
• Available to work CST hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily contact for timesheet, mileage, and doc questions.
• Follow up on timesheets, PTO, and sick time for payroll close.
• Maintain attendance, training completion, and workforce trackers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports for the clinical area.
• Manage escalation trackers and route issues to teams.
• Maintain SOPs, workflows, and compliance documentation.
