Sprinter Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Liaison to support our clinical leaders as we scale field operations and clinical teams, connecting NPs and Sprinters with payroll, training, and compliance systems.

This remote, full-time role reports to the Director of Quality & Training, and offers the chance to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and drive better care for patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role.
• Experience managing multiple workflows, trackers, or reports.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in EHR systems and Google tools.
• Available to work CST hours.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for NPs and Sprinters on timesheet, mileage, and documentation.
• Follow up on timesheet submissions, PTO, and sick time to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain attendance, training completion, and workforce trackers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Support workforce logistics and dashboards.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Escalate issues with proper documentation.
