Bloomington Hospital, part of Indiana University Health, is seeking an Assistant Manager of Clinical Operations. This role oversees 24/7 nursing operations, including weekends and holidays, and partners with the unit Manager to drive quality, safety, and patient experience improvements.

The position requires a BSN, active RN license in Indiana (or compact), and BLS certification, with additional life-support credentials per unit policy.

Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in Indiana or compact license.
• BLS certification required; other life-support certifications may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with unit Manager to implement quality, safety, and patient experience improvements.
• Lead action plans and evaluate outcomes for effectiveness.
• Foster team empowerment and continuous improvement.
