Indiana University Health seeks a Manager-Clinical for a Critical Access Hospital to translate strategy into outstanding patient care. The role leads an inter-professional team, drives quality, safety, and patient experience, and ensures 24x7 operational readiness at a designated CAH.

The incumbent champions evidence-based nursing practice, supports professional development, and aligns staffing, budget, and operations with IU Health's mission and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
• If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• OB experience (labor & delivery) strongly preferred
• Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
