Redcrest Hospice is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to oversee patient care delivery and lead a high-performing hospice team at IU Health Bloomington Hospital in Bloomington, IN. This role focuses on quality, compliance, and service excellence, with on-call rotations and leadership responsibilities.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director to guide care, support staff development, and ensure Start of Care and outcome monitoring are compliant. A current Indiana RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of RN experience in hospice care.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach staff.
• Ability to balance staffing, referrals, and patient care quality.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and compliance requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient care delivery and lead the hospice team.
• Develop and support a high-performing field staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical processes and quality indicators.
• Coordinate intake and manage referral flow with staffing.
• Oversee Start of Care and outcome monitoring compliance.
• Lead, participate in on-call rotations, and manage staffing schedules.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on care plans and approvals.
• Monitor cost efficiency: supplies, overtime, visits per episode.
• Maintain RN licensure and contribute to ongoing training.
• Foster relationships with referral sources and families.
