Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Operations Manager for Hematology Oncology Infusion to lead daily patient care operations, staffing, and resource utilization in a defined program. This is an onsite role with a Monday-Friday day shift and occasional evenings and on-call weekends/holidays.

The ideal candidate will have nursing leadership experience in infusion or ambulatory settings, a BSN, and an active Indiana RN license (or NLC), plus strong communication and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required at hire.
Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Leadership, infusion or ambulatory experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork and initiative.
Knowledge of business applications and resource planning.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of patient care and resources in a defined program.
Lead and develop teams to meet objectives and improve care delivery.
Onsite Monday-Friday day shift with occasional evenings and on-call weekends/holidays.
Collaborate with Infusion Leaders, Medical Directors, and SPA Leadership.
