Job summary

Circle the City in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an RN Practice Manager to lead the family health center’s day-to-day operations, ensuring financial targets, clinical quality, staff engagement, and patient satisfaction.

You will supervise a diverse team, recruit and train staff, balance front and back office duties, maintain schedules within budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as an ambassador for the organization in the community.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading healthcare teams in clinic/physician settings.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse administrative and clinical team to achieve financial, quality, and patient-satisfaction targets.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff; oversee performance management and evaluations.
• Manage front office and back-office workflows; ensure efficient patient flow and optimized scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ADHS and related standards; prepare reports for leadership.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and leadership meetings; serve as an organizational ambassador.
