Job summary

SUMMIT Health in Bend, OR is seeking an Office Supervisor to coordinate daily operations and ensure quality patient care. You will serve as liaison between physicians and staff, planning and organizing schedules, training, and performance feedback.

Under the Department Manager, you will manage PTO requests, hire and orient new staff, monitor compliance with OSHA/HIPAA, and advance clinical quality improvement across the department, including EMR and practice management systems.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff management experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to plan, delegate, and optimize daily office operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly staff schedules and PTO requests.
• Hire, onboard, and evaluate office staff with the Department Manager.
• Monitor quality dashboards and support clinical quality improvement.
• Coordinate training, EMR usage, and department workflows.
