Qualifications

• Progressive leadership roles in clinic settings with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with managing clinical or non-clinical staff in a healthcare setting.
• Completion of PMG Oregon Supervisor Internship or equivalent leadership program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Mentor staff and promote competency across teams.
• Support Patient Centered Medical Home teams and remove barriers to high-quality care.
