Job summary

Summit Health is seeking a Clinical Support Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within the Starling Physicians model, overseeing patient, staff and provider interactions while maintaining a service-based approach to issue resolution. You will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and partner with staff to promote high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Current Registered Medical Assistant.
• 1 year of leadership experience, preferably with building teams from the ground up.
• Basic computer literacy with experience in Windows-based program.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support and Oversight: primary point of contact for leads and technicians with clinical questions or workflow concerns.
• Provide real-time support in clinics to ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to protocols.
• Train new MAs/technicians on clinical procedures, EMR documentation, and patient interaction.
• Inventory Management: monitor clinical and supply inventory, coordinate with purchasing for par levels and reorders.
• Triage and Communication: direct scheduling of urgent appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
